Return and Refund Policy

Insighful Designs, LLC accept returns for store credit only.
Due to fast turnover of merchandise, item(s) must be returned within 10 days of the date received.
The customer pays for return shipping and original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Merchandise must be in NEW condition with original tag- unworn, unwashed, odor free, without makeup or deodorant stains - in order to receive store credit for the returned item(s). If any of the above are found on the product upon return, Insightful Designs will not issue return credit, and it is the customer's responsibility to pay to have items received back.
Sale items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned for store credit.
